HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 16, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The complainant represented that it has received the requested
financial documents from the respondent and has forwarded them to the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency for review. By agreement, respondent’s answer is now
due to be filed on or before
October 20, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on October 10, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
