    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 15, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney will re-file his appearance, as the original
    filing was lost in the mail. The parties shall serve written discovery requests by
    November 15, 2006, and responses will be due by January 15, 2007. The parties also
    plan to explore the possibility of resolving this case without hearing.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on November 13, 2006. The status conference shall be
    initiated by the complainants.
