HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 14, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are finalizing a proposed settlement agreement. If the
agreement is filed with the Board before the next status conference, the meeting shall be
cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on October 16, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
