HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 15, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is reviewing respondent’s
financial information to determine whether financial hardship may be considered in the penalty
calculation.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on October 16, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
