HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 14, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The proposed settlement agreement is being circulated for signatures.
If the agreement is filed with the Board before the next status conference, the call will be
cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on October 16, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
