HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 15, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent will soon send a response to complainant’s settlement
offer, and complainant will need time to review the response.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 13, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
