HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 14, 2006, the parties contacted the hearing officer to request cancellation of
the hearing set for August 16, 2006. The parties have reached a settlement agreement, and
petitioner will dismiss these dockets when payment is received. Petitioner has faxed an open
waiver of the decision deadline to the hearing officer, and will mail the waiver to the Board.
If the motion to dismiss is not filed by the end of the year, the hearing officer will set up a
status conference.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
