HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 14, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant is preparing deposition transcripts for the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency so that a response may be prepared for a proposed
settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 16, 2006. The telephone status conference will
be initiated by the complainant, but each party is responsible for its own appearance.
