HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 9, 2006, the hearing officer was served with an agreed motion for an
extension of time to respond to respondent’s motion to strike. The complainant requests
that it be given to August 18, 2006, to file its response. The agreed motion is granted and
complainant’s response is now due to be filed on or before August 18, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on September 21, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. The complainant represented that it will
notify the parties and the hearing officer of a call-in number prior to the next telephonic
status conference. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the
status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
