    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 10, 2006, petitioner informed the hearing officer that the parties have
    reached a settlement agreement, and are awaiting the final paperwork from respondent.
    If the case is not dismissed by the next status conference, another deadline waiver will be
    needed.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on September 8, 2006. The status conference shall be
    initiated by the petitioner.
     
    The statutory decision deadline is currently December 7, 2006.
