HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 8, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached a settlement agreement, and a motion will be filed with
the Board regarding attorney fees.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on October 10, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently January 19, 2007. Petitioner agreed to file an open
waiver within the next seven days.
