HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 8, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent has approved the plan, but not the budget. This matter is on hold
until the petitioner decides how it wants to proceed.
If petitioner cannot reach a decision by December 31, 2006, the hearing officer will set a
status conference.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
