    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 8, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Petitioners are working on a separate permit application that needs to be
    determined before further action is taken in this appeal. Petitioners agreed to file a deadline
    waiver to January 18, 2007, within the next seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 5, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioners.
     
    The decision deadline for this case is currently November 16, 2006.
