hearing officer. The parties continue discuss this case. Respondent has requested information
regarding the bioremediation plan, but petitioner has trade secret concerns.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. October 10, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
There is an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
