HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 3, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent’s motion for extension of time to file the remainder of
the record pertains to the Board’s request for one paper copy of the record. Petitioner has
the complete record, and granting respondent’s extension of time to file the record with
the Board will not affect the progress of this case. Thus, respondent’s motion for
extension of time to file the paper record, and to file the record out of chronological
sequence are granted. The parties are exchanging written discovery this month, and plan
to take depositions in September.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:00 p.m. on September 18, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline for this case is currently January 4, 2007.
