HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 27, 2006, a telephonic status conference was held. The parties represented that a
stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) for the remaining respondent is being
circulated for review and comments. To that end, it was agreed that the answer is now due to be
filed on or before October 13, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on September 28, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed
prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
