HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 12, 2006, respondent withdrew the appearance of its former attorney, and
filed an appearance for its new attorney. At the parties’ request, tomorrow’s status call is
cancelled because complainant and respondent’s new attorney have not had an
opportunity to discuss the case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on October 2, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
