HEARING OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference was held on July 31, 2006. The respondent
represented that it still reviewing the penalty offer and requested a short continuance. By
agreement, respondent’s response to complainant’s motion to dismiss the affirmative
defenses is now due on or before August 17, 2006. Also by agreement, the parties will
discuss a joint proposed discovery schedule and submit one by the next telephonic status
conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on August 17, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
