HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 1, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent reports that he has cleaned the site. Complainant will send its
inspector and prepare a stipulation.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on September 5, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
