HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 31, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent has partial estimates from contractors for two sound walls, and
hopes to have the proposed plans finalized within the next thirty days. Complainant will then
discuss the proposal with his noise consultant.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on August 31, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
