HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 27, 2006, a telephonic status conference was held. The respondent had a
scheduling conflict and was unable to appear. The complainant represented that it is
drafting a stipulation and proposal for settlement and will forward it to the respondent for
review and comments. By agreement, respondent’s answer is now due on or before
October 13, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on September 28, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
