HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 27, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner has received the necessary documentation from respondent, and will
soon file a motion to voluntarily dismiss.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on October 23, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
