RESPONSE TO RECOMMENDATION
The Respondent, Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, has filed its
Recommendation to the Board regarding Petitioner's request for a variance
. The Respondent has
recommended that the Board grant the requested with the conditions specified in the
Recommendation
. These conditions are acceptable to the Petitioner as they are substantially
similar to the conditions contained in the Board's Order in PCB No . 00-179 granting a similar
variance request.
