HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 25, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the parties
were still exchanging comments on respondent’s proposed permit provisions. When an
agreement is reached, petitioner will draft a new permit for respondent’s review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 24, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
