HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 24, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent moved for an extension of time until July 31, 2006, to file the
administrative record. Petitioner neither agreed, nor objected to the motion. The motion is
granted. At the next status conference, a hearing will be set for the first or third week of
September.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on August 8, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline for this case is currently October 5, 2006. Petitioner agreed to file
a deadline waiver to November 16, 2006, within the next seven days.
