HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 24, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner is still reviewing respondent’s proposed settlement letter to determine
whether any changes are needed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on August 28, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
