    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 24, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent has been trying to rent a drum chipper machine for the last six
    weeks, and hopes it will be delivered tomorrow. After the work is complete, complainant will
    reinspect the site.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:00 a.m. on August 24, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
