HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 19, 2006, petitioner informed the hearing officer that the parties have
reached a tentative settlement agreement. Petitioner agreed to file a 40-day waiver of the
decision deadline within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:15 p.m. on August 10, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is currently October 19, 2006.
