    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 18, 2006, petitioner requested cancellation of the hearing set for July 20,
    2006 on the grounds that a key witness employed by respondent is currently on a leave of
    absence. Respondent did not object. The request is granted.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on August 10, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline is September 7, 2006, but petitioner has agreed to file an
    open waiver of the decision deadline within the next seven days.
      
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
