HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 18, 2006, complainant reported that respondent had faxed the signed settlement
agreement. When complainant receives the original in the mail, it will be filed with the Board.
If the agreement is filed with the Board before the next status conference, that meeting shall be
cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on August 21, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
