HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 18, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector has approved the site, and complainant’s
attorney will send respondent a proposed stipulation today.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on August 21, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
