hearing officer. The parties are waiting for comments from the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency on the proposed settlement language.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on September 18, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
