HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 17, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The relevant hearing in Lawrence County
Circuit Court has been pushed back to the end of August. The Illinois Attorney General
is preparing a revised consent decree that should make this appeal moot.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on September 7, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
