Construction Permits) – The Board directed the Clerk to cause publication of this rule in Illinois

Register for first notice. The Board accepted for hearing Illinois Environmental Protection

Agency’s June 20, 2006 proposal to amend the Board’s air permitting regulations. The Board

also granted petitioner’s motion for expedited hearing and decision.
