HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 13, 2006, the parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent represented that preliminary tests have been performed and that
another set of tests are scheduled for next week. Final testing is anticipated to take place the
week of July 24, 2006, at which time designated complainants will observe. The parties are
directed to discuss the issue of nighttime noise limits as well prior to the next status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on July 27, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for
its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status
of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
