HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 134, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The respondent’s attorney represented that he has just received the
requested discovery documents, including tax returns, and will be forwarding those
documents to the complainant for its review. It was agreed that the respondent must file
a response to complainant’s motion to compel, filed June 22, 2006, on or before July 27,
2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on August 3, 2006, at 10:15 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
