    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 13, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties represented that this matter is resolved. The respondent represented
    that it will execute the settlement document this week. The petitioners represented that they will
    file their respective motions to voluntarily dismiss shortly after the settlement document is
    executed.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer on August 30, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
    complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing. If, however, motions to voluntarily dismiss are filed prior to the next
    status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
