HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 13, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, petitioner
was still waiting for respondent’s management to finalize the tentative agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on October 12, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
There is an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
