ORDER OF THE BOARD (by N.J. Melas):
Lake in the Hills Sanitary District (Sanitary District) petitioned the Board on July 29,
2004 to review various special conditions of an Agency-issued National Pollution Discharge
Elimination System Permit. On June 16, 2006, the Sanitary District filed a motion to voluntarily
dismiss this permit appeal with prejudice. The Sanitary District states the parties have settled all
issues between them regarding the matters that are the subject of the petition.
The Board grants the petitioner’s motion, dismisses this case with prejudice, and closes
the docket.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on July 6, 2006, by a vote of 4-0.
Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
Illinois Pollution Control Board
