    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by A.S. Moore):
    On June 16, 2006, the petitioner, Swearingin Amoco (Swearingin), filed a motion to
    dismiss this consolidated underground storage tank appeal. Swearingin states that the parties
    have resolved their disputed issues. The Board grants Swearingin’s motion, dismisses these
    consolidated cases, and closes the docket.
