HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 11, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant and respondent Allied Waste Transportation, Inc. are
working to finalize a tentative settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on September 11, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
