    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 10, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties continue to work toward settlement. Respondent recently sent a
    letter to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency detailing the changes that have been made
    at the site, and providing requested information.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on September 11, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
