HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 11, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties have resolved the final outstanding issue, and will begin
working on language for the permit.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 10, 2006. The telephone status conference will
be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
