HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 29, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The complainant represented that it a settlement will be achieved and
that a draft stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) is or will be circulated for
review. By agreement, the respondent’s answer is now due to be filed on or before
October 2, 2006. The respondent represented that it will file an appearance. As of this
date, the Board is not in receipt of an appearance.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on August 30, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the
status conference will be cancelled without further notice.
