    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 6, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney is still trying to set up a meeting with respondent
    to discuss complainant’s proposed settlement agreement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on September 7, 2006. The status conference shall be
    initiated by the complainant.
