    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 6, 2006, petitioners participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. Petitioners have received a new permit from respondent for groundwater quality
    standards. The remaining issues pertain to site assessment. Petitioners plan to file a report with
    respondent within the next month, and then will wait for respondent’s comments.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on October 3, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioners.
     
    Petitioners have filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
