HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 6, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. Complainant has received the signed revised stipulation from respondent, and it will be
sent to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency for signatures. If the agreement is filed
with the Board before the next status conference, the meeting shall be cancelled with no further
notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on August 7, 2006. The call will be initiated by complainant.
