    MOTION TO WITHDRAW
    ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION
     
     
    NOW COMES the Complainant, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (“Illinois
    EPA”), by and through its attorney, Special Assistant Attorney General Michelle M. Ryan, pursuant
    to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.500, and respectfully states as follows:
    (1) On August 10, 2004, Illinois EPA issued an Administrative Citation to Respondent
    C. John Blickhan (“Respondent”), based on an inspection conducted on June 24, 2004.
    (2) On September 20, 2004, Respondent filed a timely petition for review contesting this
    Administrative Citation.
    (3) The site at issue in the Administrative Citation has been remediated.
    (4) In addition, facts and circumstances discovered since the filing of the Administrative
    Citation indicate that it is appropriate to withdraw this Administrative Citation at this time.

    WHEREFORE, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency requests that the Board
