HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 30, 2006, the parties submitted a proposed discovery schedule. The
proposed discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows. Expert witness
disclosure to be completed on or before September 1, 2006. Written discovery must be
completed on or before November 1, 2006. All discovery must be completed on or
before December 1, 2006. Dispositive motions, if any, must be filed on or before January
4, 2007.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status call with the hearing
officer on July 27, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. Please note the time change. The status conference
must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the
status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
