    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 29, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Petitioner will file a deadline waiver to January 4, 2007 within the
    next seven days. The parties agree that the record is due on July 28, 2006. A majority of
    the record consists of compliance and monitoring documents filed with the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency for permit applications. To file this portion of the
    record on disk, respondent must file a motion for leave to file the administrative record
    on disk with the Board. The portion of the record pertaining to proceedings in front of
    respondent will be filed on paper. At the next status conference, a discovery schedule
    will be set.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 3, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline for this case is currently October 5, 2006.
